Refund policy

At Dizzy Doodle Pups, every item is made with love for your furry friends! To keep things safe and fair for all customers, we have the following policy:

✨ But we know sizing can be tricky, so here’s how we handle it:

Bandana Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition (free of fur, odors, or stains).

  • For returns, we'll provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. A flat $6 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit

  • A store credit for the amount paid will be issued once we receive your return so you can pick something else your pup will love. Make sure we have your email for the store credit to be sent to. 

  • Sale: Any item with a discount of 20% or higher are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Toys, Treats & Accessories

For safety and hygiene reasons, toys, treats, and all other accessories are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or store credit.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom/personalized items are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want to make things right—fast. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll take care of it with a replacement or refund (if a replacement isn’t possible).

  • Damage caused by misuse, pets, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for a return.
