Shipping policy

We’re just as excited as you are for your order to arrive! Here’s what you can expect:

• Processing Time: All orders ship within 1 week or less (handmade items may take a little longer — we will reach out by email if longer than expected!).

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.

• Multiple Order: If you place multiple orders within our time frame we will combine all orders and refund shipping as necessary 

• Delivery Issues: Once your package is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our control. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office first.

• Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order — we’re not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.
